about

I have owned a webdesign portfolio, or collective, as they are more commonly referred to as, since I was around 14 or 15 years old. My collective has underwent many major changes over the years, and the collective you see before you pretty much has nothing of the original in it, besides some of the same sites.

My collective has had tons of name changes over the years. The first was Silent-Echo.net, which I shared with my friend Sora. I later moved on to have my own domain, Heavenly6.net. A year later, Sora bought me a new domain name, Mero-Mero.org, which became my collective's new name. Royal-Hours.net is the latest domain name I've bought; I wanted something that sounded pretty and was generic enough to fit any need. I know I switch domain names an awful lot, which is why I am trying my best to stick to one right now. I have owned Royal-Hours.net since 2007. Hopefully Royal-Hours.net will be the one!

I go by a lot of names on the Internet, and I've pretty much reached the point where you can call me by any of those names and I'll respond. For years I've been known as Chisa (or Chisato), and I think that will always stick no matter what. More recently I've switched to Jenny. I don't think that's catching on, and some people are just confused as to what they should call me by. So I'm pretty much going to be nameless sooner or later. My online friends have a remedy for this situation, and have decided to just call me by my real name.

I'm a 19 year old female residing in Vancouver, Canada. I don't really know what I'm studying in university, and have resorted to wasting thousands of dollars by taking random courses. Hopefully I'll end up somewhere. I currently work part time in a cheap accessories shop. The job isn't glamorous at all but the people I met are fun. My favourite things as of late are computer games (I'll always love video games of all kinds), and I've been reading The Host by Stephenie Meyer. Obviously, I also enjoy webdesigning, and that's another hobby of mine.

The current layout of this site is the seventh version of Royal-Hours.net. I decided to feature an image of Tifa Lockheart and Cloud Strife, two characters from the CG movie, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, which was based on the hit Playstation video game. When I first started webdesigning, I made a lot of Final Fantasy related sites and things. Since I have recently been on a "quest" to start anew and bring some life back to what appears to be a dying collective, I thought it was appropriate to also feature the same interest I had years ago.

I haven't properly made a website or even updated any of mine for half a year or even more, so I hope you will be understanding if you come across anythign quirky. A big thank you to Rain Harbour for their beautiful webdesigning resources.
